Dr. Lena McArthur, Ph.D., Founder and Principal Consultant of Edification Consulting Group, brings more than forty years of experience in educational leadership, school administration, organizational management, curriculum oversight, instructional leadership, and professional development.
She currently serves as Principal of iTech @ Thomas A. Edison Educational Center in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where she leads through strategic leadership, organizational development, instructional improvement, and operational management. Her career has spanned the classroom to the executive office, giving her a rare, ground-level understanding of how educational institutions truly function.
Through Edification Consulting Group, she partners with schools, districts, educational organizations, and nonprofits to deliver customized consulting that strengthens leadership, improves organizational performance, and fosters sustainable growth.
